So, what’s a reverse bucket list? Instead of creating a list of things you still want to do, it’s a list of interesting and accomplishing things you’ve already done. Like overcoming major adversity, creating something special, happy family memories, meeting fabulous people, winning the spelling bee.
This helps us realize that we really have done more than we think.
We’ve all done things that are interesting and things that we should be proud of. And we should recognize ourselves for those. And be grateful for the wonderful things in our lives.
How to create this list? Think of different categories of your life (whatever is relevant to you like family, for others, recreation, work, hobbies) and spend 10-15 minutes per category to jot down some things that you’ve done.
