You really can have a great sleep in midlife

A major issue for so many women in midlife is sleep. Some women have a hard time falling asleep. Others don’t get a full night sleep without getting up a few times. Sometimes, there are practical solutions, like getting to bed at the right time for you, or making the room more comfortable. Sometimes, it can be all about offloading the stress of the day. And sometimes, it is about addressing the stress, trauma, anxiety that is deep down in the subconscious.
