Devora Krasnianski speaks about change with Sue Futerfal, a licensed therapist, who has gone through several changes in her own life. Throughout our lives, there are changes. Some good – like moving from single to married, from a couple to a family. Some are not as exciting or even tough. Change is an inevitable part of life, and yet it can be challenging for many of us to embrace.

Whether it’s a change in our personal lives, such as the many transitions of midlife, a change in career, or a change in our health or lifestyle, change can be daunting, and it can feel like we’re being thrown into the unknown.
