Fitness for Women at Midlife and Beyond

When we hit midlife, so much is changing. Especially our bodies. And so how we care for our bodies has to change too. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashara Zukerman, a knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer who specializes in midlife women’s health.

Our conversation focused on the significance of exercises specifically tailored to strengthen the bodies of midlife women, with a particular emphasis on bone health and cardio fitness.
