Our lives are busy. With things that we have to do. We can feel that we’ve lost ourselves in our busyness. “What am I doing with my life?” “Does this even matter?” How we spend our time impacts our mood.

Feeling the frustration of not living the life that truly matters? Here’s the good news: We don’t have to change everything all at once. When we spend even a short amount of time on something that is meaningful – as short as 15 minutes a day – our mood improves, and from there our lives.
