What are you putting off today that you put off yesterday?
Procrastination robs us of our time, energy, and productivity. And our peace of mind. We may come up with excuses, distractions, or rationalizations to justify our inaction or delay. However, the longer we postpone what we need to do, the more anxiety, guilt, or regret we may experience.
