What is your Playfulness Style?

There’s more than one way to explore your playful side. This approach offers valuable insight, and you might also enjoy this other lens—both are worth checking out, and each can reveal something different about how you naturally engage with play.

Playfulness looks different for everyone. What feels energizing and fun to one person might feel totally off to someone else—and that’s exactly how it should be. There’s no one “right” way to be playful. The key is discovering the style that feels most you—the kind that brings a little lightness, joy, or spark back into your day.

This self-reflection is a gentle way to notice what type of playfulness comes most naturally to you. For each statement below, rate how much it sounds like you using the scale provided. There are no wrong answers—just insight into the kinds of play that might help you reconnect with your own sense of delight.
